The website has no checkout, customer accounts, customer database, newsletter sign-up, or agency-added analytics.

2. Your downloadable project brief

The project brief tool asks for a name, email address, optional website, service interest, and project goals. Its contents are used in your browser to generate a text file for you to download.

The tool does not submit the form contents to us or save them in an agency database. Downloading a brief does not send an enquiry or create a service order. You decide whether to keep, delete, or later share the downloaded file.

Please do not put passwords, payment card details, tax identifiers, or other sensitive information in a project brief.

3. Information you send separately

If you email or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact information, project details, and correspondence. We use it to respond, discuss your request, and manage any separately agreed services.

We retain relevant correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes, related business records, applicable obligations, or resolving a dispute. When it is no longer needed, we aim to delete it or remove identifying information. We do not use an enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.

You can use the website without completing a brief. You can also clear form fields, close the page, manage cookies through your browser, or delete a downloaded brief from your device.

Contact us if you want to ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion. We will consider the request in light of the information we hold and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. We cannot delete a brief that remains only on your own device.
