1. This website

This website introduces the website design, SEO guidance, content, and support services of TIKTAK MANDARA LLC. It currently has no checkout and does not accept payments.

Browsing the site or downloading a project brief does not purchase a service, reserve work, start a subscription, or create a project agreement. A downloaded brief stays with you until you choose to share it.

2. A written scope before work

Before services begin, a separate written proposal or service agreement will identify the agreed work, deliverables, project period, responsibilities, fees, payment arrangements, and any exclusions.

Any page count, revision allowance, implementation work, maintenance, hosting, domain registration, third-party subscription, or additional service must be stated in that scope. A general package description does not include unlimited work or access to a separate software platform.

Changes to the scope, fees, or schedule should be agreed in writing before the additional work begins.

3. Prices and service periods

The displayed package prices are in euros (EUR). Each multi-month package price is the total for the full period shown, rather than a monthly amount charged for every month.

Prices and durations can be viewed in the packages section. The written proposal will confirm the selected service, total fees, what is included, and any applicable taxes or separately agreed third-party costs before payment.

There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing through this website. A service continues beyond its stated period only if a separate extension or ongoing arrangement is agreed.

4. Working together

Clients should provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and materials they are entitled to use. Project timing depends on the agreed scope, required access, materials, and approvals.

Account access and confidential materials should be shared only through a separately agreed secure method. Do not enter credentials or sensitive financial or identity information in the project brief.

The proposal should state how project files, client-supplied materials, third-party assets, and ownership or usage rights will be handled.

5. Realistic service expectations

SEO and website work can improve the foundations of a website, but search engine decisions and business outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue result, or search engine approval.

The agreed deliverables and review milestones provide the basis for assessing the work. Illustrations on this website explain an approach; they are not evidence of client results.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Please read the refund policy. It explains the full refund before work starts, the treatment of unearned amounts after work begins, and cancellation of future service periods. The written proposal will identify the relevant scope and any agreed nonrecoverable costs.

7. Responsible website use

Please use the website lawfully and without attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or misuse other people’s information or materials.

We may update website information as the business develops. A change to website copy does not by itself alter a separately agreed project. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
