1. When this policy applies

This policy describes the cancellation and refund approach for separately agreed website design, SEO guidance, content, or support work. This website has no checkout and accepts no online payments.

Viewing a package or downloading a project brief does not place an order. The written proposal will confirm the scope, price, service period, payment arrangements, and any agreed nonrecoverable costs before work begins.

2. Before work starts

If you cancel before work on your agreed service has started, any amount you have paid for that service will be refunded in full.

3. After work has started

If you cancel after work has started, we will refund the unearned amount you have paid. This is the amount remaining after accounting for work already completed within the agreed scope and any nonrecoverable costs that were disclosed and agreed with you.

We will explain the completed work, agreed costs, and calculation of the remaining amount. A third-party cost will not be treated as nonrecoverable merely because it is mentioned on this website; it must have been agreed for your project.

If the completed work and agreed nonrecoverable costs account for the full amount paid, there may be no unearned balance to refund. This policy does not promise search rankings or business results; it concerns the agreed service work and payment.

4. Ongoing work and future periods

You may ask to stop future service periods. This website does not create automatic renewal or recurring billing. Further periods require a separately agreed continuation.

Cancellation of a current prepaid period is handled using the same approach above: completed work and agreed nonrecoverable costs are accounted for, and any unearned amount is refunded. Future work that has not been agreed will not be charged.

5. How to request cancellation or a refund

Contact us with your name, a reference to the agreed service or proposal, and what you would like to cancel. Include enough information to identify the project; do not send passwords or full payment card details.

We will review the request, confirm the stage of work, and explain any refundable amount and the next steps. Where possible, an agreed refund will be returned using the original payment method. The practical processing arrangements will be confirmed when the request is handled.

6. Questions and applicable rights

Please raise any concern about the service so we can understand the issue and discuss a practical resolution. This policy is not intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
